⚡ Summary
An @gmail.com address for a business is common, but common isn't memorable. Custom email on your own domain (you@yourbrand.com) costs $11 per address when ordered separately and is ready in about 3 days; when ordered together with a website, 1-3 addresses come free depending on the package.
It's the kind of small thing people often put off "for later" — even though it can be sorted out in a few days.
How custom email differs from gmail.com
your_name@gmail.com is common. But common isn't memorable. Email is your digital name before your website, your portfolio, or the first introduction: people see the address in an email signature or on a business card before they ever reach your site. An address on your own domain (you@yourbrand.com) reads as a brand, not a personal account with random digits at the end.
This matters even more in sales: if a manager sends a proposal from an address like little-fairy2005@gmail.com, the client treats them as a random stranger, not a professional — before they've even read the first sentence.
What's included
The address can be almost anything — a name, a nickname, a slogan, an idea:
- Full admin on our side. You don't have to figure out domain or mail server settings yourself.
- No trailing digits. No "official_123" because the simple name is already taken — that problem doesn't exist on your own domain.
- Works with any mail client. Gmail app, Outlook, your phone — it connects the same way a regular address does.

How much it costs and how long it takes
Ordered separately, it's $11 per address, ready in about 3 days. The domain itself is paid separately at your registrar's rates — it's not included in the service price. If the address is ordered together with a website, it's free: 1 address with the "Basic" package, 3 addresses with the "Premium" package.
Who actually needs this
A custom address makes sense for any business or specialist who already communicates with clients by email — it's the kind of detail people notice right away, even if they can't quite say why. If you only have occasional, one-off communication, plain gmail might still be enough for now — you can always come back to this later, together with a website or on its own.
